Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Canada: Most orders within Canada arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
U.S.: U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–12 business days after dispatch.
Please note: U.S. shipments may require customs clearance, and cross-border processing times can vary. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for U.S. orders due to potential customs delays.
**Ongoing Trade Conditions:
Due to ongoing trade tensions between the U.S. and Canada, international shipments may experience extended transit times and/or incur duties and taxes determined by local customs. Smellies is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or additional charges imposed during importation.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
-Free shipping is offered on Canadian orders of $100+ CAD. Orders below these thresholds are charged shipping based on their location and contents.
- All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at hello@smellies-scents.com as soon as possible—address changes can only be made before your order has been packed and a shipping label has been printed. Once an order has been labeled and dispatched, we cannot alter the shipping address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Smellies is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item(s) and packaging.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping charges.
- To initiate a return, contact us at hello@smellies-scents.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility; please use a trackable service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
- All custom items, sale items, and discounted products (including those purchased with a discount code) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
All orders are final once submitted. We do not accept cancellations or changes after your order has been confirmed.
